I think u should disenchant... and improve your deck.

If u could... start crafting neutral cards to use in some decks.

Hello there my friends, i thought about this for a while and i don't even know if anyone wants to hear it, but i wanted to give ALL the thoughts i have about this game, which we all love. (let's be honest you wouldn't be writing on a forum if you didn't). I myself am by no means a veteran player, i started playing with the launch of KaC and have only reached legend once in that time.

Starting with the good points, i like this game a lot, so much that my gf hates this game :D There are so many fun interactions and what i like most, is that it is really simple but at the same time hides a big amount of skill in handreading, knowing all the decks and so on. The art is great and i like the connection to wow, which i also played a lot.

But on the sad side not EVERYTHING is great within this game.
First of all it's to god damn expensive. It's not just expensive, it is insanly overpriced. For 50 bucks you normally get to play a whole game with everything the game has to offer. For 20 more you may be able to play a dlc and have a little more fun. In hearthstone, you got 2 guaranteed legendaries plus one at the start of the expansion (witchwood preorder) and on average you get 4 plus 1. FOR 50 BUCKS, like hello? I mean sure you can get lucky and everyone loves the feeling of getting some really nice pack, but jesus, you can build 2 decks with your stuff at the start of an expansion and i find the pricing so insanly high. (on average you would get 5/23 legies) Imagine in another game where you would be able to play only a fourth of the game if you bought it. And then if you are really rich, got all the collection, if you have a thing for aestetics, you can use 4 times more dust to get that stuff as well.

    To the second point:
This has been discussed so many times, but i still think that something need to change about the r-p-s meta. i don't know how exactly you should adress this problem, but this will continue to be a problem forever, if you ask me.

now, the meta atm is not exactly the worst but it is also not by any means the best one either. But at the same time it is so tiring, it feels like we had the same meta for a half year already, why does blizz only nerf things so late? And also why don't they buff/nerf things more frequently not only for balance issues but also to give the meta a new shape every month or something like that.

and to the third point, which is connected to the boredom of point two:
I am most of the time playing between rank 5 and 1. And i have absolutely nothing to achieve. i only play because i like to play this game (which is good obviously) but after a while and esp. when the meta doesn't change, you really have nothing to do. you know all matchups, hell you know when you will win or lose from turn 1 most of the time. (rip tournament mode :'(  )

that's it, my opinions, tell me where you agree/disagree
and beforhand, i am not salty about anything, i like this game, i love it, but i think there could be improvements.
    i wish you a nice week <3

First point... as a F2P player... i think it's free. I can make any deck i want... just need to save some time to gather dust and gold... if u think it's expensive... just stop buying cards and buy when they had a good offer.

Second point... that's is the nature of the game... win some plays... let other win some. No one deck is wonderful... but u can get high ranked if u try enough.

Third point - part 1. I agree with u, we need more achievements... just some small gifts will make everything nice (like u could see on Gwent for ex.) - Part 2. That's not a reality.... if u use a odd paladin and find a warrior... u'll probably lose... but if u are with a druid/rogue/shaman... u could find good games against almost every class.

Then you think that 50 bucks for Min of 3 legendaries is fine ? i agree with the other points but also as a f2p i think i could buy something if that wasnt soo expensive

I don't think its fine... so just don't buy and they will get things cheaper over the time....

Similar cards work the same way, if you play espionage and then hemet, only the cards that originally cost 3 or less are gonna be burned by hemet, this type of interaction makes sense.

So why does Grizzled Guardian pull any minion in the deck after you play Barnabus the Stomper?  Shouldn't it be looking at the original value of the minions?

Because Barnabus the Stomper affects all the cards IN YOUR DECK.

Academic Espionage reads - They cost (1). Which means when your draw them, their cost is reduced to one. There cost in the deck is the normal cost of the card.

You can test it by putting cards in a deck, play Prince Keleseth, and see what Master Oakheart pulls.

I haven't played Academic Espionage in a deck yet.  When you draw the card, do you see that animation?  When you draw it, it comes out of the deck with its original cost and then an animation shows you it reduces to 1?

In any case, it would be good if there was clarification made to cards that interact in this way.  The way both Academic Espionage and Skulking Geist are worded leaves their interaction very ambiguous.

Is not a bug... but is a horrible interaction with a bad written card.

posted a message on What are the odds of Rexxar getting Rush/Poison?
    Quote from CypherBenkes >>

These are my findings. After going through every Beast for both Wild and Standard, here are the numbers. Please keep in mind that I counted them all together, so this is more the numbers for Wild. These numbers closely reflect the numbers for Standard as well, considering Rush is a newer keyword and Poisonous isn't on too many minions that were moved to Wild. I also factored in minions that have Charge and minions that could gain Charge, Rush or Poisonous. Lastly, I counted the total number of Beasts that cost 5 or less that don't have Rush, Poisonous or Charge. These numbers do not include minions in classes outside of the Hunter class.

    Poisonous: 4
    Rush: 2
    Charge: 2
    Beasts without either: 75
    Beasts with both: 1
    Beasts that can gain Poisonous/Rush:
    Ravasaur Runt
    Pterrordax Hatchling
    Vicious Fledgling
    Scaleworm
    Beasts that can gain Charge:
    Armored Warhorse

WOW nice man... tks a lot!

Looks like fun, especially to run Holy Light.

If u run Crystology, u have a 2/3 chance to get Kangor to hand. And you lose lifelink for your corpsetaker? Its a good play have both in your deck?

But the deck looks a lot of heavy... maybe get some Wild Pyromancer or Hydrologist?

    Edit: tags...

posted a message on I think that the answer to nerf certain OP combo deck is this: Card restriction.

It's a idea... but think, it will not work. Make the game so more complicated...

The nerf, is easier, simple and don't let any doubt to new players to how to make a deck.
